Question: for all you yarn dyers....

Where do you buy your yarn to be dyed from? Do you buy it in bulk? What brand loves and takes the color best? I ask as I am taking a self striping sock dying class soon and know i will love it! So was curious about you and your favorites. Thanks!

They have a lot of different types and you can buy it in bulk. If you only want to purchase a few skeins, I would recomend Knit Picks Bare Yarn:

I started out with Lionbrand's Fisherman's wool and it works fine, jut not the softest stuff, but great for purses and stuff like that. I know buy mine from Knit Picks. Have fun.
