Avalon Vest Progress

I have no finished knits to share. I am in the middle of knitting a vest, actually. This is my progress, so far, on the back piece. I measured it just a few minutes ago and I have gained 4 inches since this mornings snapshot. The vest is approximately 16 inches long already. It's fast moving and I love the cables.

The vest is actually called the "Textured Vest" from Fall 2005 Vogue Knitting. I am calling it the Avalon Vest since it's for a group I belong to..."Knitters Of Avalon." Anyways, the best I could share today is progress, not a finished knit. I am knitting as fast as I can...LOL!
So, how is everyone else doing these days?
