Finished stuff

Yey! I finally finally finished the Snowflake Lace Socks! They are knitted in Järbo Mohair and are wonderfully fluffy.

And yeah, I made one more of that hat that I just loved to knit. A purple one this time.

Oh, it's a Swedish pattern. You can find it at

=se

Might be difficult since it is written i Swedish but I might be able to help...

I read your blog by the way. It rocks.

thank you=D Your blog looks awesome too! I just wish I could read Swedish lol!

ah from granstudio (I love them), well maybe they have it in english aswell since they have all those different language sections I'll have a look.. yup I've found it in English here =D

What kind of yarn did you use?

I used the Alpaca yarn from Garnstudio. I have also knitted a yellow one with the same yarn.

I sometimes think I should write my posts in both Swedish and English but then I just never do it...

kool, I'm going to see if I've got the right yarn for it so I can get started! There's one thing I don't get about the pattern though, there are two diagrams on it and there are about 3 different lists of explanations of the symbols next to the diagrams so I don't know which one belongs to which lol (I hope this makes sence!) There is an English translation above the diagram, but that could be for any of them as there are no symbols next to them *sigh* I hope you know what I'm talking about haha.

I put your blog link on my blog anyway just incase someday you will write in english lol and meanwhile the pictures will have to do the talking =D

Oh! that is so sweet of you! Putting my link on your page...

And those lazt bastards at Garnstudio. They haven´t translated the actual shart image. It is really simple, the three different lists are in three different languages, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian. Anyways. They are the same, all three of them and the translations are written in the same order as the swedish descriptions. So just put your list in front of the symbols :)

Am I making sense?

ooh ok yes I get it now thank you! I thought they were three different explanations not three different languages lol *emberassed* I think I might have some good yarn for it so I think I'm going to give it a go (I hope I can do it..I always think patterns look confusing in the beginning but when I'm knitting them I understand it) and hope it ends up looking like a hat lol!

are Danish, Swedish and Finnish they much alike then? (the languages).
