I was away apartment searching in Ottawa the past few weeks, and had a chance to stumble into a NICE yarn store. I found this amazing black bamboo yarn, and needed to making something out of it. My fellow knitting friend has the book Naughty Needles, and I found this pattern. I added some decreases and increases that were not there originally (I have pretty tiny wrists..)
So I had these pretty lace-up gloves to wear to industrial night while I was there! I think I need to make the matching garter belt now..

I love the gloves!! They turned out great! Can't wait to see the Garter Belt, but if you make it out of bamboo or cotton, go small!! Both of those really stretch... but how cool would that be!!

Sunneshine - I will definitely keep that in mind when picking my size out! I wouldn't want that garter belt to suddenly be huge. ^_^
