Ruffly spring scarf

Here's a cute spring accessory. I made this ruffly scarf out of Linie 194 SOLO yarn. Really, it is more like ribbon and to cast on, you punch your needle thru the ribbon. It was fun and I was experimenting and thinking of other ideas you could do with this yarn.
